Each day, our beloved Balinese mama prepares breakfast, dinner, drinks, and nourishing snacks with devotion, weaving the essence of the land into every dish.
We bow to her with gratitude, for she is more than our chef; she is one of the gatekeepers of this sacred land,
a woman who tends to us as daughters of Mama Earth.
Through her hands, nourishment becomes prayer & eating becomes an act of connection, remembrance, and love.
